Español: Tumba de Joseph William Noble (1797-1861) en el Cementerio Inglés de Málaga. Joseph Noble fue un médico inglés, miembro del Parlamento británico por su condado. Murió en Málaga a las pocas horas de contraer el cólera mientras se encontraba viajando por España. Su esposa, Margarita Noble de Barclay, e hija, Elena Ana Noble, sus herederas, sufragaron la construcción de un hospital de beneficiencia que llevaba su nombre, el Hospital Noble, en agradecimiento al trato que el doctor Noble recibió en Málaga, hoy reconvertido en edificio de oficinas.
Inscripción: «In memory of / Joseph William Noble M. B. (cantab) / Late of Danetts Hall / near Leicester, England. / member of Parliament for the town of / Leicester, who while travelling in Spain / was attacked by cholera, and died / after a few hours illness / at Málaga. / On the 6th January 1861. / Aged 65. / His children, unable to remove the remains / of their beloved parent to his own land, have / by this stone, marked the place where his / body was committed to the ground. In sure / and certain hope of the resurrection to eternal life (through) / Our Lord Jesus Christ.» [En memoria de Joseph William Noble M B (cantab), difunto de Danetts Hall cerca de Leicester, Inglaterra, miembro del Parlamento por la ciudad de Leicester, quien durante un viaje por España fue atacado por el cólera y murió después de unas horas de enfermedad en Málaga el 6 de enero de 1861, a la edad de 63 años.
