Description
English: Southern front of the Judge Joseph Barker House, located along State Route 7 above the Ohio River southwest of Newport in Newport Township, Washington County, Ohio, United States. Built in 1832 and since converted into offices for the Corps of Engineers, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
