Description
Deutsch: „Villa Flohr“ in der Karl-Marx-Straße 18 in Potsdam-Babelsberg. Erbaut um 1885 für den Direktor der Preußischen Seehandlung Emil von Burchard. Um 1900 „Villa Martin“ im Besitz des Gynäkologen Prof. Eduard Martin. Um 1905 Umbau, vermutlich durch Kayser & Großheim, für den Berliner Aufzugsfabrikanten Carl Flohr der hier bis zu seinem Tod 1927 lebte. Von 1928 bis 1939 im Besitz und Wohnsitz des Rechtsanwaltes und königlich-ungarischen Konsul Dr. iur. Arpad Plesch (*1889). Ab 1947 Studentenwohnheim der Akademie für Staats- und Rechtswissenschaften der DDR. Ab 1955 Betriebsschule der Deutschen Reichsbahn. (vgl.
